JJ is a Southern California native, a player, scout and coach with a career spanning over two decades.  JJ has worked with the Los Angeles Dodgers, San Francisco Giants, Toronto Blue Jays as well as Japan, Canada and  El Salvador.

JJ has worked in Minor League Baseball as well as the California Collegiate Wood Bat Summer League, The IBL Canada and the Shikoku Island League in Japan.

JJ had the rare privilege to scout and track both Aaron Judge and Hunter Greene as amateur prospects.  JJ has helped  players sign MILB, draft  or foreign international contracts.  JJ  is a member of MILB and MLB Alumni Association.
